Delivery & Pickup
Basic Delivery charges are based on the zip code to which we are delivering. This charge offers basic arrival time options.
Monday - Friday
Delivery, choice of: Morning 8:00am – 1:00pm or Afternoon 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Pickup: 8:00am – 6:00pm, no set window
Delivery, choice of: Morning 8:00am – 1:00pm or Afternoon 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Pickup: 8:00am – 5:00pm, no set window
If only delivery OR pickup is required, fee is 50% of Basic Delivery charge + $10
Basic Delivery charges cover delivery to the event site and dropped in one specified area only. Larger events that require more personnel and extended time spent for the purpose of setting up your event will be subject to additional Labor / Production fees. Labor fees will be calculated based on required resources and setup difficulty.
If you require a specific delivery or pickup time, we are happy to accommodate. Subject to availability, we can offer a 30 minute window arrival time for an additional fee.
We offer after hours and Sunday delivery and pickup at an additional cost. Pricing is based on resources required for your specific job, so please contact us with questions.
Timed Deliveries are not available during Thanksgiving or Christmas week, or at other peak seasons. After Hours fees double on holidays, including: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Additional labor fees apply to orders with stairs, elevators, drops more than 75 feet from delivery truck, tight or unsafe access, and multiple product placements. These charges are determined on a case-by-case basis. Fees are PER TRUCK. Large orders requiring more than one truck or crew will be charged accordingly.
Set Up Options
Upon delivery and/or pickup, our crew members can setup / breakdown tables and chairs for you. Pricing for this service starts at $0.40/chair and $2/table. This service must be arranged 3 days prior to your delivery day to ensure sufficient time is built into our truck’s route schedule.
Jobs requiring a unique installation, usually involving tents or lighting, are often preceded by a site inspection by one of our crew members. This helps our crew become familiar with your space, including the terrain and potential obstacles, so we can make note of the proper equipment needed for installation. If you request this service for space planning, the Site Inspection fee is $75.00, but will be credited to your order once delivered.
We are open for Will Call pickup and return Monday-Friday 9am – 5:30pm and Saturday 9am – 4:30pm. It is necessary for you to load/unload the items into your own vehicle. While we are happy to assist you, the risk and responsibility for protection of our equipment and your vehicle is yours. The Will Call process typically takes 20 minutes, so please allow sufficient time. Remember to stop in the showroom first to get correct paperwork, then you will proceed to the warehouse.
